The steam boiler can be started or stopped with an automatic timer without manual action. If the steam boiler is activated, the set pressure is built and held.
The steam boiler must be blown down regularly. The automatic blow down makes it unnecessary to do this manually but enables it automatically at the best specified times. For this, the control of the steam boiler determines the desired time and opens the blow down valve. The steam boiler is automatically filled and started again. Steam generation is limited in a period of approx. 4 minutes.
In the control, you can select whether the steam boiler is to be blown down after a specific number of operating hours, at fixed times or after external release.
Desalination does not exchange the boiler water completely, but only partially. This regularly dilutes the boiler water. This avoids interruption of the vaporisation process.
The desalination function is now contained in all Jumag steam boilers in combination with the automatic blow down and can be selected as an alternative to blow down in the control.
The steam pressure can be defined externally with the option "Externally defined steam pressure" and varied. Either 0-10V or 4-20mA signals are processed for this.
